Julie Boyd was one of the pioneers of Cooperative Learning and Resiliency in Australia. First introducing the concepts and strategies at a whole school level at tiny Loch Primary School in Victoria, which led to conferences and workshops across all states of Australia. Julie has expanded the intention of cooperative learning to whole schools across the country in the creation of Collaborative Learning Communities, and into business and community sectors. Julie remains a strong believer that the pedagogy inherent in genuine cooperative learning provides a platform for community growth and for the development of an inclusive and compassionate society.
