Our conferences range from 5 star hotel style to more relaxed yet professional and environmentally friendly learning communities. We are please to announce collaborations with NORTHSTAR RESORT and  HASTINGS COVE at Hastings Point, a stunning coastal village located on the last printine estuary in Northern NSW, wonderful surf beaches, and a world renowned rocky headland containing rare and endangered species, and regularly visited by whales and dolphins.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a date has been agreed for the delivery of the work our standard cancellation policy will apply.

  • If an event is cancelled within 30 working days of the booked date there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the quoted fee.
  • If an event is cancelled within 15 working days of the booked date there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the quoted fee.
  • If an event is rescheduled at the time of cancellation to take place within six months of the original date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If the event does not take place on the rescheduled date cancellation fees will be charged. No further re-scheduling of the date will be accepted.
  • Any travel and accommodation costs which cannot be cancelled will be charged.

PAYMENT POLICY

All accounts are 14 days unless by prior agreement. Accounts outstanding after 45 days will incur a cumulative administration charge equivalent to 5% of the total outstanding per month.
